• Gas For Torch-  The torch requires Butane. We can't ship the butane
  You’ll need to purchase it separately. They require standard lighter butane, which is commonly available at most gas stations for around $3.

• Are kits refundable? All kits are non-refundable, as funds are immediately used to order and assemble your kit.
  

• Shipping times - While we always aim to ship kits as quickly as possible—often the next business day, processing times may take up to two weeks depending on seasonal demand, supply availability, and order volume. During peak seasons (especially the Christmas holiday rush), processing times are more likely to reach the full two weeks. If you’re purchasing this kit as a gift, we strongly recommend ordering early.

• For safety, we recommend placing a baking pan beneath your solder block to catch any falling materials. we also recommend Keeping a spray bottle and/or fire extinguisher nearby in case of fires. 

• Can I customize my silversmithing kit?
  At this time, we do not offer customization. Each item in our silversmithing kit is carefully selected for a specific purpose to ensure you receive the best possible learning experience.

  To maintain consistency and accuracy in packing, especially since multiple team members assemble our kits, we are unable to accommodate individual changes. This helps us ensure every customer receives a complete, high-quality kit without delays or errors.
